AN ACT
To authorize the incorporation of companies to promote trade in China.
1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That this Act may be cited as the "China Trade Act, 1921." SEC. 2. That when used in this Act, unless the context

5 otherwise indicates

The term 'person" includes individual, partnership.
7 corporation, and association;

The term "China
means (1) China including Man.
9 churia, Thibet, Mongolia, and any territory leased by China
10
to any foreign government, (2) the Crown Colony of
11 Hongkong, and (3) the Province of Macao;

The term "corporation" means a corporation char-
tered under the provisions of this Act;
